Brentwood Christian School is now seeking a spiritually mature, highly relational, dynamic high school principal, who combines an intentional communicable, collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills and an intrinsic work ethic. This new leader’s primary responsibility is leading and managing all academic functions of the high school, which includes leading, managing, and providing accountability for the high school faculty and administration. As such, the high school principal should be academically minded, have a proven track record with successful collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to academic excellence.

The high school at Brentwood Christian is a growing division of 245 currently enrolled students in grades 9-12. It’s cohesive alignment, positive student culture, and devotion to academic excellence with biblical integration are a few of the reasons the high school has projected enrollment growth in the foreseeable future. With this increasing demand for the BCS high school experience, the high school principal will have the immense responsibility of seeing that the integration of faith and learning continues to grow strong while demonstrating a genuine heart to invest in students, families, faculty, and staff.
