Joe Bradley, a Colorado Springs native now based in Nashville, Tennessee, brings a wealth of experience to his role as CEO of Bradley Resource Group. With a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Colorado and a M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership from American InterContinental University, Joe has built a diverse and impressive career.
Over the course of two decades, Joe honed his expertise in the private K-12 education sector, where he excelled in operational, financial, and fundraising roles. His leadership skills culminated in serving as Head of School for three private Christian institutions.
Complementing his educational background, Joe has amassed more than 20 years of executive search experience. At Bradley Resource Group, Joe leverages his unique blend of business acumen, organizational leadership, K-12 administration, and executive search proficiency to serve clients in the K-12, higher education, and non-profit sectors. His comprehensive understanding of these fields allows him to provide tailored solutions and identify exceptional talent for organizations seeking visionary leadership.
He and his wife of 41 years live just outside of Nashville and have 3 adult sons, 3 daughter-in-laws and 10 (yes, you heard right!) grandchildren.
